And here’s how it works:

1. Follow this link to KANNY to set up your free account.

2. You’ll request quick feedback from at least 5 people you’ve worked with (think references). You can invite as many as you like.

3. KANNY then uses your LinkedIn network to predict who has worked with you and invites them to submit independent reviews. These reviews are presented alongside your self-evaluation and your chosen references.  

3. Once complete, you’ll get a private, aggregated report — yours to keep.

Who Reviews You

Anyone you've worked with - past or present – can review you, if they can verify that they have worked with you. You invite your own references, and then KANNY finds other colleagues to provide independent reviews. Our bias-checking system balances extreme feedback, so your report stays fair.

Data Sources

KANNY gathers three sets of data: your self-evaluation, feedback from your chosen references, and input from independent reviewers that KANNY finds and validates. Presented in a single report.

Privacy Control

You can block employees at your current employer from being contacted. Reviewers see that KANNY is for your own professional development. You can lock or unlock your report anytime, like a credit score.

Review Visibility

All reviews – your references as well as KANNY’s independent reviewers - are confidential and aggregated into one report. Reviewer identities remain private to keep feedback honest and unbiased.

Cost & Security

There is no cost for you to get a KANNY Report, and you can access a basic version of the report for free. We never sell your data, and KANNY uses vaultless tokenization - the same privacy technology that protects patient records in clinical trials – to keep your data safe.

Report Accuracy

KANNY uses a bias-checking system to balance out extreme feedback, so results stay fair. All responses are confidential and aggregated, and you won’t know the identity of the independent reviewers.
