ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Henning is a creative and results-driven founder and executive with extensive domestic and international experience in Sales, Supply Chain, and General Management, both in a corporate and entrepreneurial setting. Henning launched Vendux in 2019 as the matchmaker for fractional and interim sales leadership, representing the largest community of over 1,300 Sales Leaders in North America.

Vendux acquired Shiny, a marketplace that connects startups and growing businesses with vetted fractional executives (e.g. fCEOs, fCFOs, fCMOs, fCTOs). It enables companies to quickly post a role, get matched with relevant candidates, and hire leadership for a fraction of the cost and commitment of a full-time executive.

Henning is also one of the Founding Members and the Executive Director of the Fractional Leadership Alliance, with a mission to advance the fractional leadership industry worldwide by uniting organizations and fractional leaders, elevating their value proposition, and advocating for their collective interests.
