  • The company's CEO needed a deeply experienced SaaS leader who could collaborate with the executive team on developing a comprehensive GTM strategy for this large market, and then execute that plan.

  • The Client needed a combination of deft management skills, a systematic approach to developing a GTM plan, deep SaaS experience across multiple sectors, and the hands-on experience in scaling organizations and revenue.
